Fondue - Beer

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C Beer
8 oz sharp cheddar, grated
2 C swiss, grated
2 T flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove of garlic
1/8 tsp tobasco
Directions:
Toss cheese with flour, mustard and pepper to coat. Rub bottom of fondue pot with garlic cloves. Add beer. Heat until bubbling and add cheese stirring constantly. Stir in tobasco.
