Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 1 /2C pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom (or nutmeg)
1/4tsp ground ginger
1/2C agave syrup
3/4C coconut milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Whisk egg yolks. eggs and pumpkin in a bowl.
Add spices and combine.
Add agave syrup (mix will be watery but it is ok)
Pour into a pie pan and bake for 15 min.
Reduce oven to 350 and bake for 30-35 more minutes.
