Turkey Cranberry Wreath

Ingredients:
2 pkg (8oz ea) crescent rolls
1/2C mayo
2T Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
2C cooked turkey, chopped (12oz)
1/2 C celery, diced
3T fresh parsely, snipped
1/2C dried cranberries
4oz (1C) swiss cheese, shredded
1/4C walnuts, chopped
1 egg, separated (need white only)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange 8 triangles in a circle on baking stone with wide ends toward center. Arrange 8 remaining triangles in center matching wide ends. Seal seams pressing with fingers or dough roller. (Points will overlap in center, do not seal).

Combine Mayo, mustard, pepper, turkey, celery, parsley, and cranberries, nuts and cheese in bowl. Scoop filling over seams of dough. forming a circle.

Beginning in center, lift one dough triangle across mixture. Continue alternating with outer triangles, slightly overlapping to form wreath. Tuck last end under first. Brush with egg white

Bake 25-30min until golden.
