Ingredients:
1 15oz can of garbanzo beans (rinsed)
1 clove garlic
1/4C olive oil
2T lemon juice
2T tahini (or sesame seeds)
1 tsp cumin
salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Directions:
Combine garbanzos, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini & cumin in Vita MIx until creamy. Add 1 - 2T water if necessary to achieve desired consitency. Transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
