Biscuits (Paleo)

Ingredients:
6 large egg whites
1/4C coconut flour
3/4 almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2T butter or coconut oil
dash of salt
Directions:
Whisk egg whites until frothy.
In a separate bowl, combine flours and baking powder.
Cut in cold butter to make a crumbly mixture. Let it sit in fridge for 10 min or so.
Preheat oven to 400.
Fold in egg whites to flour mixture.
Spoon batter on to parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.


Can add cheddar cheese and garlic to make garlic cheddar biscuits.
