Waffles (GF Oatmeal)

Ingredients:
4C rolled oats
3C water
2 small ripe bananas
2T oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 2T sweetner of choice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add water 1T at a time if too thick. Let sit 5-10 min to thicken while iron is preheating.
Pour batter into greased waffle iron. Cook until waffles stop steaming.
