Sweet Basic Biscuits (GF)

Ingredients:
2 1/2 C almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 C shortening
2 eggs
2T honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, whip eggs, shortening and honey. Stir in dry ingredients.
Roll dough to 1 1/2in thickness. Cut into 3 inch circles (or hand form). Place on parchment lined sheet. Bake 15 min.

Makes 6 biscuits - good with jam
