Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
1 - 15oz pkg rerigerated pie crust
3c shredded cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2c milk
1/2 stick butter
3T flour
1c chopped carrots
1c chopped celery
1/2c chopped onion

Optional enhancements: Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, sour cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Melt butter and saute veggies for a few minutes
Add flour and remove from heat.
Add chicken
Add soup and milk; mix thoroughly.
Spoon into crust, top with 2nd crust, seal and flute
Bake 30-40min utnil golden (cover edges with foil)
