Ingredients:
2 cups Almond Flour
1 cup Cassava Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 cup Homemade Almond Milk
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Pure Grade A/B Maple Syrup
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil, melted
Directions:
Pre-heat waffle iron.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Using a 1/4 measuring cup spoon mixture onto iron and cook until golden brown.
4. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
