Ingredients:
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 lb. hamburger
1 pouch enchilada mix
1/2c chopped olives
1 1 /2c water
6 large tortillas
8 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix paste, sauce mix and water in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer 5min.
Brown hamburger - add sauce and olives.
Place 1 tortilla in bottom of greased 9" pie plate.
Layer meat and cheese alternating with tortillas
Sprinkle cheese on top of last tortilla.
Bake at 400 for 25min - covered
Stand 5 min.
