Optavia Lean & Green
1 Lean(er), 3 Green, 1 Healthy Fat and 3 Condiments
Ingredients:
ONE SERVING
7.25 ounces raw chicken (cooked is 5 ounces)
1/2 cup white mushrooms
.75 ounce sliced reduced fat cheese (one slice of provolone is what I used)
1/2 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayo (I used Sir Kensington Avacado Mayo)
1/2 tbsp sour cream
1.5 tbsp parm cheese (.5 will be used for mushrooms topping)
Pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder
Add your favorite greens x2 on the side (I did a full cup of green beans)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375, pre-cook mushrooms if desired (I did). Put raw, patted dry chicken in a glass/casserole dish prepped with non-stick spray. Put the cheese slice on top, then add mushrooms and then .5 tbsp of parm cheese. Mix together remainder of items for a sauce to be spread out over top of chicken/cheese/shrooms. Cook for 35-45 minutes (or until cooked all the way through).
