Parmesean Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:
1 - 7oz container shredded Parmesan, Roman and Asiago cheese blend

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and then spray paper with spray. Place a 1/2c cheese on half of baking sheet and shape into a circle (5in). Use a plastic lid as a guide. Form a second circle on other half of sheet.

Bake for 5 min or utnil cheese is golden on edges. Using a wide spatula, carefully turn cheese rounds over. bake for about 2 min longer or until deep golden color aroun edges and set in center. Using the spatula remove and drape over a rollling pin suspended like a bridge to shape while cooling.
