Ingredients:
1 boneless beef sirloin tip roast ( 3 lbs)
1 - 2 T ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 c soy sauce
3T balsamic vinegar
1T worcestershire
2 tsp ground mustard
2T cornstarch
1/4 c cold water
Directions:
Rub roast with pepper and garlic; cut in half and place in crockpot. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, worcestershire and mustard; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hrs.
Remove roast and keep warm. Strain cooking juices into a saucepan; skim fat. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; gradually stir into cooking juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thick. Serve with beef.
