Fondue - Cheddar Swiss

Ingredients:
2C cheddar cheese, grated
2 C swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c flour
1 1 /4c White wine or beer
3/4 tsp salt
1 pinch of garlic powder
Directions:
Toss cheeses with flour to coat.
Heat wine (or beer) in pot until simmering. Add cheese mixture stirring constantly.
Stir in garlic and salt.
Cancel
