| Directions: | In a sauce pan combine OJ and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil over mod heat, stirring occaisonally until sugar is dissolved.
Simmer syrup, undisturbed for 5 minutes and let cool.
Add fruits and let macerate, chilled, for at least 4 hours.
Fill large pitcher one third full of crushed ice. Spoonin fruit, mashing slightly to release juices. Pour in syrup and wine. Stir well and enjoy! |
