Ingredients:

1 1 /2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4C chicken broth
2T thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
2T dry sherry
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and soy sauce and then stir in remaining ingredients.
