| Directions: | In small sauce pan stir ketchup, hoisin, soy sauce & sesame oil. Heat until bubbling (5 min). Remove 3 Tblspoons from pot and set aside.
Lightly oil grill. Grill chicken bottom side up and baste with sauce.
Close cover and cook 5 min. Open cover and flip thighs, baste again with sauce. Continue basting every 5 min for about 20 minutes - until thermometer reads 160.
While chicken is cooking, stir reserved sauce, slaw, vinegar and S&P together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
