Ingredients:1 refrigerated ready to bake pie crust
2 large Granny Smiths, peeled & sliced
1T butter, melted
2T sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

GLAZE:
1/3C powdered sugar
1 tsp milk
Directions:Preheat oven to 400. Roll pie crust into circle on baking stone. Spread apples evenly in 12 in circle on pie crust leaving outside edge. Brush with butter.

Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and sprinkle over apples. Fold outside edge of crust over apples to form 1 inch rim.

Bake 30-35 min until crust is golden. Cool 5 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over top. Serve warm.
