Ingredients:1 lb. dark turkey (or chickenm, pork, beef, or combo)
1 1/2 tsp marjoram or 1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground fennel seeds
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small apple finely diced
Optional: 2T dried cranberries or cherries
Olive OIl for sauteing
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form mixture into 12 -1 5 small patties with well oiled hands.
Saute patties in a large skillet over med/med-low heat with a small amount of oil for 2-3 min per side or until cooked through. May be cooked and frozen for later use.
