Ingredients:1 (15oz) can no salt added black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
1/3C melted butter
1/4C cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2C plus 2T cane sugar
1/2C semi sweet choc chips
1/3C finely chopped walnuts
Directions:Preheat oven to 350.
Butter an 8in baking pan. Place beans, eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla & sugar in food processor. Blend until smooth. Rmove blade and gently stir in choc chips and walnuts. Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool & cut into squares.
