| Directions: | Beat egg yolks and stir in sugar, flour, and salt.
Mix until smooth. Put milk and yolk mix in a saucepan; cook over med heat unitl mix thickens to soft custard. Remove from heat and cool to room temp. Beat egg whites until sltiff and fold into custard. Spoon into individual dishes; chill. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving. |
