Ingredients:

¼ to ½ cup prepared horseradish
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
2 Tbs lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix/blend well.

Serve chilled. Can be prepared up to two or three hours before serving.
