| Directions: | Preheat oven to 350.
Put fruit in casserole or pie plate.
In a small bowl, mix together egg, almond meal, and coconut oil, and shake in cinnamon.
Stir well until mix starts to crumble.
Drizzle honey on top of fruit.
By hand, evenly crumble almond mixture on top of fruit and bake fo 35 min.
Serve in bowls with coconut milk over top (or ice cream). |
