Ingredients:1/2 cup pistachios, chopped (I used roasted, salted)
1C almond flour
1/4C millet flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 C coconut oil, melted
1/4C honey
2 eggs
1/3C chocolate chips
Directions:Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 16 mini-muffin tin with extra coconut oil.
Grind 1/4 cup pistachios in food processor to fine powder.
Transfer to large mixing bowl and add all but chocolate chips and remaining pistachios.
After well mixed, fold in nuts and chocolate.
Spoon into greased muffin tin.
Bake 15-18 minutes unitl deep golden.
Store at room temp fo rup to 3 days.

Makes 16 mini cakes.
