| Ingredients: | 6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
2 8oz. pkg reduced fat cream cheese
1C mayo
4 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1C cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2C mozerella cheese, shredded
1/4C green onion, chopped
Topping:
1C crushed gluten free crackers or bagel chips
1/2C shredded parmesean cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted |
| Directions: | Preheat ovento 350.
In a large bowl combine bacon, cream cheese, mayo, jalapeno, cheddar, mozerella & green onion until incorporated.
Spoon into 12in. baking dish (should be about 1in thick).
In a small bowl combine crushed crackers and parmesean. Pour in melted butter to coat.
Sprinkle topping over cream cheese mixture.
Bake 20-25 min until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
