Recipe Name:Chocolate Caramel Glazed Bundt Cake

Ingredients:4C almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4C unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
3/4C unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
1C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:
1/2C butter
34C maple syrup
1C full fat coconut milk
dash of salt
Directions:Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bundt pan with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, coconut milk, syrup and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake for 30-40min until toothpick is clean.
Let cook for 30 min on wire rack before turning upside down onto plate.

To make glaze:
Add all glze ingredients to large saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer until temp is 220 degrees. Let cool for about 15 min then drizzle over cooled cake.
