| Directions: | Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pan and line with parchment.
Mix together bananas, syrup,vanilla, eggs and almond butter.
Add cocount flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon & salt. Mix well.
Pour batter into baking dish. Place on baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine butter, sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, and pecans.
Place chunks of topping on banana batter.
Bake at 50min.
Cool and rest 5-10 before serving. |
