Ingredients:1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2C cottage cheese
2-3 tsp lemon zest
1-2T lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
5-10 ice cubes
1/2 - 1C water
2-4 pkts stevia
1/2 tsp xantham
Directions:Put all ingredients in blender.

OPTIONAL: top with crushed graham cracker crumbs!
