| Directions: | Preheat oven to 350.
LIghtly grease 9in round (1.5qt) baking dish with butter or coconut oil.
Whisk eggs with milk. Add cheese, ham, salt, nutmeg and stir to incoporate.
Pour batter into baking dish.
Bake 35 minutes, until puffed and set in center.
