Ingredients:

2c water
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
2 1/2tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in med sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered 15min. Remove from heat and cover immediately.

Garnish latte with whipped cream and nutmeg.
