Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, sliced or whole
1 cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats (not quick-cooking!)
2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
Directions:
Blend and serve. Can use frozen banana or add ice.
