| Directions: | Preheat oven to 425.
In foil pan combine green beans, garlic salt and 1 tsp EVOO. Spread in single layer, cover with foil and bake 15 min.
Remove tray, push beans to one side. Pat chicken dry, place in empty side of tray and season with garlic salt & pepper.
Top with mayonnaise, then Swiss cheese. Bake uncovered about 20-25 min.
While chicken bakes, mix honey, dijon & mayo.
When chicken is done, fop green beans with honey mustard mixture & crispy onions (opt). |
