Ingredients:3C cauliflower rice (can use frozen, but thaw and drain water)
4T butter
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 sm onion, chopped
1lb. brown button mushrooms, chopped
1C chicken broth
1/2C heavy cream
1/2C cream cheese
1/2C grated parmesean
S&P
Directions:Melt butter over med heat, add onion and garlic to sauce.
Add mushrooms, S & P stirring regularly, 5 min
Add cauliflower rice, stirring to keep it from sticking.
Add broth and stir 5-7 min
Slowly add cream and stir 2-3 min
Add cream cheese and parmesean and stir another 5min
