Notes:
Ingredients:1 bag (30 oz) shredded hashbrowns
5 1/2C chicken broth
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 C onion, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pkg cream cheese (room temp) - do not use fat free
Directions:Combine all in crockpot - EXCEPT cream cheese
Cook low 6-8 hrs.
Hour before serving, put cream cheese in bowl and add a couple of ladles of hot soup. Mix and add back to crockpot (no lumps)

Serve with cheese, sour cream, back bits, and/or green onions.
