| Directions: | In a large bowl, combine turkey, cheese, 1/2 T garlic powder, basil, oregano, bouilllon, cliantro, S & P.
Mix well with hands and form medium balls.
Arrange on plate and set aside.
Melt 1 1/2 T butter in large skillet over med-low heat.
Cook meatballs for 8-10 min on all sides, until browned and cooked through. While cooking baste with mix of butter and juices. Remove and set aside cooked balls.
In same skiller, melt remaining 1 T butter.
Add lemon juice, hot sauce, 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
Add zucchini noodles and cook 3-4 min, stirring regularly until zucchini is done but still crisp and liquid has reduced.
Push zucchni to one side of skillet and add meatballs back to pan and reheat for a minute or two.
Serve immediately. |
