| Directions: | Arrange foil in baking dish.
Spread center of foil with margarine. Cut steak into serving portions. Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix tomato juice, A-1 and cornstarch. Pour over meat and veggies. Bring foil up over and double -fold edges to seal tightly. Bake 2hrs at 265. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley. |
