Cream Puffs

Ingredients:
PUFFS
3/4C water
1/4 C butter
1/4 tsp salt
3/4C flour
3 eggs

FILLING/TOPPING
1 container (8oz) whipped topping
1/2C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4C chocolate frosting
2T chopped pistachios
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In small sauce pan combine water, butter, & salt; bring to boil over hi heat. Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously (about 1 min) until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Place dough in mixing bowl and whisk in eggs until smooth and thick.

Scoop batter into greased mini-muffin pan and bake 22-25 minutes (until golden). Remove from oven. Make a small slit in side of each puff to release steam. Cool on rack.

Combine cool whip, powdered sugar, & vanilla. Fill decorator bag and squirt into each puff. Drizzle melted frosting over puffs and sprinkle with nuts.

Yields 24 puffs
