Ingredients:
1 - 6oz can lump crab meat
1/2 c ricotta cheese
1tsp italian seasoning
1 pkg wonton wrappers (12oz)
1 egg, beaten
1c milk
1 pkg creamy tomato sauce mix (Knorr)
2T butter
chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Drain crab, reserve liquid. In a small bowl, combine crab, cheese and italian seasoning. Brush a wonton wrapper with egg. Place 1/2tsp of crab mix in center. Fold wrapper diagonally to create a triangle and seal edges. Transfer to flour-dusted sheet. Repeat - makes approx. 32 ravioli.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine milk and reserved drained crab liquid over med hi heat. Whisk in sauce, add butter and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer stirring frequently for 3 min. Keep sauce warm over low heat while boiling ravioli.
In batches of 8 drop ravioli into boiling water. Boil for 2 min or until ravioli rise to the surface. With a slotted spoon gently transfer to sauce. Repeat until all ravioli are cooked. Divide among plates and spinkle with parsley.
