| Directions: | Preheat oven to 400.
Beat together eggs, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add coconut flour and baking powder. Mix until no lumps. Spoon batter into 5 greased ramekins. Bake 15 minutes or until firm. Cool completely. For best results, make the night before you plan to eat and store in fridge.
SWEET VARIATION:
omit garlic powder, pepper and cheddar cheese. Sub 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 C mozerella cheese. |
